What's the minimum stay?
Minimum stay is six months. Built for people coming to study at least a semester, finish a project or settle in for a season, not for weekend trips. It lets us keep a stable community and a service that actually feels personal.
Do you allow pets or children?
No. The property is built for students and professionals living solo or as a couple, without children or pets. That's how we keep the quiet vibe our residents come for.
What does the weekly cleaning include?
Full cleaning of the apartment once a week. Linen change not included.
Is there a security deposit?
There is a security deposit, fully refunded at the end of the contract as long as the suite has no outstanding charges.
How does electricity billing work?
Each suite has its own CFE meter. You pay electricity directly to CFE based on what you actually use, just like in any other home. Everything else (WiFi, water, maintenance, common areas) is already included in your monthly rate.
